Cupping Therapy
Cupping originated thousands of years ago and is one of the oldest forms of manual therapy. By placing cups onto the skin, a suction is created lifting the soft tissue. This creates an increase in blood and lymphatic flow, allowing fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients in, and pushing stagnant blood and toxins out. Cupping is great at releasing fascial restrictions. I explain to my clients that it’s like reverse massage – we’re lifting the tissue instead of compressing it. I’ve had a lot of positive feedback on the therapeutic benefits.
Add cupping to any treatment at no extra charge.
Raindrop Therapy

Helpful for chronic back problems and boosting the immune system, especially during flu season.

Myofascial Therapy Massage
Myofascial release is intended for pain relief, increasing range of motion and structural integration (balancing the body). Fascia is often at the center of chronic pain, illness, injury, re-injury and limited mobility associated with aging. The fascia is a single, 3-dimensional web of soft tissue that forms a protective sheath over every … muscle, organ, nerve, blood vessel, fragment of bone, and microscopic cell in the human body. Injuries, stress, inflammation, trauma, and poor posture can cause restrictions to fascia that can spread to other places in the body. The fascia is manipulated to allow the tissue to reorganize themselves in a more flexible, functional fashion. The goal of myofascial therapy is to release fascial restrictions, restoring its tissue health and structural integration which is to create a “better-functioning” body and mind, primed to reach higher levels of physical and mental performance.
